The Goldmann Yapı Sayfiye project in Ayvalık/Sarımsaklı, Balıkesir comprises 8 main blocks with 64 garden-level 2+1 apartments and 32 duplex 3+1 apartments.
Because there is no natural gas supply in this holiday-home area, our Kuas ISP (Infrared Standart Panel) heaters were used in the project. The ISP R series was controlled wirelessly through radio-frequency smart room thermostats with daily/weekly scheduling. The customer added LED lighting behind the products to create a distinctive design.
Project Summary
In 96 apartments at the Goldmann Yapı Sayfiye project in Ayvalık, Balıkesir, ceiling-mounted Kuas ISP R infrared heaters were combined with LED lighting for an elegant design.
ISP R Series
Kuas ISP R series infrared panels use advanced infrared technology to heat objects and living beings directly without drying the air. By distributing heat waves evenly, they prevent dust circulation and maintain indoor air quality at the highest level. An integrated receiver allows full compatibility with the T1 wireless remote and T10 smart thermostat, leaving temperature control entirely to the user. They can be mounted conveniently on walls or ceilings without pipework or demolition work.
